What horrible, horrible news. Chip is NOT Boog, and he is NOT well-loved by Braves fans.

Ugh. I saw this coming and still didn't want to hear it. I really, really want to like Chip, but I just don't. I hope this doesn't make Joe retire early...
ugh. i dont like chip. he can get so annoying. BOOG needs to come back to the BRAVES. :(
Any of you ever get the impression that Joe would love to strangle Chip in the middle of a game? Or is it just me? ;)

Oh. my. heavens.
1) Joe obviously doesn't like working with him.
2) He uses the most god-awful,annoying cliches ever.
3) How freakin cheesy?!?!?!? I know it's like some family tradition, but the announcer genes skipped Chip. UGH!!!
4) I miss Boog. I looked at my hubby the day I heard about it and said, "the worst part is they're going to hire Chip."
I'm thinking about keeping a running tally of how often Chip uses the words "fisted" or "fisting". That bugs me more than anything!
Awful news :( I saw Boog doing a basketball game for ESPN the other night and was so sad he wouldn't be back for this coming season.
