There's a new news story up at Frenchy's personal website, and boy, is he tugging the heartstrings with this one.
There's another part of the story that's not in the blog -- this was emailed to me by an anonymous tipster, and it makes the story even more charming.
The family is so sweet...on the day that they're literally packing up their child for his transplant, they took the time to write Jeff a thank you letter for all if his and Delta's contributions.Absolutely!
All the more reason to cheer for Frenchy at the plate!

Agreed, Jennifer. And if a guy's great on the field but a jerkface off the field, I can't stand for that.
