This obituary listing showed up in a Google alert this morning -- it appears that Baby's paternal grandpa passed away last Friday.
My only living grandfather is just a year younger, and it really makes you think about the frailty of life, doesn't it? The McCann family will be in our prayers.

And I had no idea Brad was getting married next month or that he even was engaged. But then again you don't hear much about him anyway in the news, especially since he retired last year.
I didn't know Brad was engaged either. What an interesting name his fiancee has!
Yes, I thought the same thing.
:( Poor baby. I'd feel bad for him anyway but he gives the impression that family is the most important thing in the world to him & that makes it even tougher. All of my grandparents have passed on & I can tell you that being a (so-called) grownup doesn't make it any easier.
