Coming up...

Hi Lovvies,

My home laptop died weekend-before-last. I bought a new-to-me one (refurbished) but as turns out, it wasn't refurbished well enough. (Blue screens: I hate you.) I have a new-new laptop now, but I'm still loading programs and still don't have anti-virus yet, so things may be slow this weekend. However! Here's what you can expect to see soon!

- The post-game interview with Matt Diaz from last night's game (very emotional)

- Pictures from tonight's game (Go Jenna's boyfriend!)

- More random goodies!

I'll get things going as soon as possible, but there's only so much I can do right now. Let's win out, Braves!!

I was there last night and that was heartbreaking. Poor Matty. In what seemed like a microsecond, all the energy left the stadium, and it was just over...in more ways than one most likely.

On a brighter note, if anyone is going to the game Saturday, or considering going, would you like some company? I'd be going by myself if I go...

Poor MattE. I loved Bobby's comments after the game. I hope MattE knows he's not the reason if we don't make it. Wish we'd have started winning earlier. I still love my Braves! Let's win out!

I feel so bad for Matte. I'm sure no one is as angry as he is with himself. He needs to remember that his good play down the stretch was a big part of getting us back in the race.

As I wrote on a male-dominated message board I follow -- a team that strikes out 16 times isn't going to win the ball game, no matter how the game ends.

I pin our lack of post-season hope on Tuesday's game. Huddy wasn't himself; Chipper and Mac failed. Last night was the most emotional loss of the year (IMO), but the game-ending play isn't what single-handedly kept us out of the playoffs.

:( Bless his heart. I don't know of any one of the guys who would have taken that harder than Matt did. Martin maybe.

I heard Marteen had to be "consoled" by Yunie and...who was the other?...after the game. Poor guy took it hard too.

I'll be wearing my #23 shirt proudly tonight!

...Yunel & Omar (concoled him). Apparently he felt like it was his fault bc he was waving Matt in.

The most heartbreaking game... but I love them always! I'm so glad to hear you'll be wearing your Diaz shirt! Cheer loudly for him!! :)
