Frenchy on Jim Rome is Burning

At 4:30ET -- that's now! Turn your TV to ESPN... I'll try to have a video up, if ESPN will stop freaking out on my cable. :)

Thanks, ESPN2, for rerunning this! Regular ESPN is having major digital blips on Comcast in Atlanta.

If Frenchy's occasional language [beeps] surprise you...you haven't been around athletes, have you? ;) He's no Mad Dog, though!

It was cute. Brian was cute. I thought Frenchy didn't swear.

I'll have my version of the video up soon -- it's only 2 minutes long, but...it is what it is.

It looks like Rome posts his videos the day after the interviews so the entire thing may be available tomorrow

In the mean time- THANK YOU LAUREN!
I will take whatever I can get:)

I just said that b/c I read somewhere Frechy said that swearing was the biggest temptation as a MLBer. Which I guess he didn't say that he didn't give into it.

I think Frenchy said that he tries not to give in but it's hard not give into it in this sport. At least that's how I remember it, it may have been said differently, though, so don't quote me on that.

I'm surprised his buddy, Mac, didn't chime in along with him at that moment since he apparently gives into swearing as well, as I've heard different people report. (One being at the charity event Lauren and Jenny attended at the end of last year.) He probably figured that his mommy and daddy would hear so he thought better of it, lol. Who knows? I just can't see Mac cursing, but I'm sure they all do it at some point or another, as they are human like everyone else.

Mac has clearly screamed some F-words on camera, more than a few times. Off the field, his mouth depends on his audience. He knows how and when to behave, and when he thinks no one's looking, he's himself. ;)

Oh yeah, he definitely has. A lot of them have done that, obviously. At least he knows, though. He must know better by now. ;)

it always amuses me when I hear Mac drop an F-bomb during a game- he is like a giant teddy bear and you dont really expect your teddy bear to swear like that :)
