Smoltz on TBS

Smoltzie looked great as an analyst on TBS yesterday. He taught us to throw a gyroball and was a good alternate to Cal Ripken and Frank Thomas.

It's been rumored that his relationship with Brian McCann changed at some point, and I think as a viewer, it's been pretty obvious. We never knew what it was...until this:

"You guys don't know what it's like to peer into that mask after seeing that picture...I mean, that's my catcher!"



Smoltz claims Baby was 10 in the picture, but I've read elsewhere that the picture is from 1997, which would age Baby at 13 in that pic. Thoughts?
