Tattoos, anyone?

I mentioned back on Opening Day that I had the opportunity to meet Brandon Bond of All or Nothing Tattoo when he was sitting in my section. They've used a couple of my pictures on their website and they have posted some pretty cool articles about their work with Braves -- check it out!

In other tattoo news, I totally heart Eric Hinske and how he's performing on the field, but this thing kinda scares me. Would I feel differently if it was on someone smaller in stature? Would I feel differently if it was simply a smaller tattoo?

What do you think, ladies and gents?

wow. Maybe it's depicting some type of Japanese myth about a hero killing a dragon? Although, why a giant white dude would want that is beyond me. Also, I love looking at his BR tighty whities! :P

I guess if his wife's okay with it, that's all that matters. ;)

I have no problem with tattoos (at least not decent-looking ones) but the whole back thing is a bit alarming.

Jesus, that is Yakuza style. Kawakami and Saito must respect this guy.

I'm not sold on Hinske's tattoo, but the Banana Republic undies are making me giggle. :D

I remember reading that article last month in choptalk but there was something in it about Hinske requesting them not describe his tattoo. (which kinda struck me as weird and I guess why I remember it) So why then put it on full blast on the AJC?

The AJC article -and picture- went up in February while the Chop Talk tattoo article went out in the April issue. Maybe Hinske just doesn't trust Chop Talk? ;)

Last question in this interview - has Hinske gotten more tattoos since arriving in Atlanta? http://sportsbyfletch.blogspot.com/2010/05/four-questions-for-eric-hinske.html
